MDC president Morgan Tsvangirai actually garnered 51.7 percent in the first round of voting, with Robert Mugabe garnering 43.3 percent, according to official Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) figures leaked from the Police General Headquarters (PGHQ).
