Empower the girl child

According to the recent Uganda Demographic and Health Survey, 31% of females, 15-19, reported receiving money or gifts at their last sexual encounter. Any form of sex in the hope of receiving money, favours or any other benefit, is as wrong as open prostitution. It makes culprits parasites, unable to negotiate the safety and quality of sex and therefore prone to infections and unwanted pregnancies. More...
