Robert Daly, Chairman of Save the Children’s Board of Trustees, has issued a friendly challenge to our supporters to match his $200,000 Chairman’s Challenge commitment by July 31st. That will give us a total of $400,000
for use in Save the Children programs around the world.

Mory is doing just fine now and his parents couldn’t be happier.

The treatment that saved his life and put smiles on his parents’ faces costs just 20 cents.
That means a $20 contribution to Save the Children can be enough to provide zinc treatments to 100 children!

Dehydration is just one of the threats to children’s health and survival that grows worse during the summer months as intense heat, drenching rains and water-borne diseases put vulnerable children at even greater risk.

The solutions to prevent and treat childhood illnesses are proven — and they cost so little! For example, you can
help us protect 25 children from anemia and blindness with simple vitamin A supplements for only $25. That’s just
$1 per child
.

Just imagine how many more children can be helped if we reach our Summer Campaign goal. I hope you will do your part to help us meet that goal with an especially generous contribution.

Please donate now and participate in the Chairman’s Challenge.

No matter how much you can give, please take a moment right now to make your Summer Campaign contribution in support of all of Save the Children’s vital work. And please accept my thanks, in advance, for reaching out a helping hand to children in need around the world.

Thank you on behalf of the children,
